  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).

We offer reliable shipping across Canada and internationally.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • We offer free shipping worldwide.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

  • We offer free shipping worldwide.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or carrier issues.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

  • The buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete.
Tasbbi is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Undeliverable locations

  • Additional charges due to re-delivery or address correction


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking link

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue persists, you may contact us.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
However:

  • If your package is lost or stuck in transit, please contact us—we will assist you with a claim.

  • If your products arrive damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos at support@tasbbi.com.


7. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
